Jaxson was diagnosed shortly after his first open heart surgery at six days old. They discovered he did not have a thymus and later genetic testing confirmed he had 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. He has had two open heart surgeries so far.

You would never know it by meeting him what he has gone through. He always has a smile on his face. He loves to dance and read books. He is our superhero.
