Career Pathways ProgramWe offer tools to help the 22q community find a career that matches their skills and interests!
Career Pathways is backed by 9+ years of senior level human resources experience. Participants in Career Pathways are guided through rotational career planning that includes resume review, practice interviews, and networking.
We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, especially with networking. Participants learn about networking by being challenged to set goals and we celebrate when those goals are achieved!
We provide hands-on experience to our participants by assisting with the setup of informational interviews for our participants.
1. Fill out the 22q Family Foundation Career Coaching application
2. After filling out the application, you will be contacted within 60 days to set up an intake call.
3. One of our Career Coaches will contact you to go over your skills, interests, and needs.
