Event Details

Join us along with our Career Coach Jason Osborn and Ari Rabkin, Ph.D, a pediatric neuropsychologist at Nationwide Children's Hospital, as we discuss the importance of teaching self-advocacy to our teens and young adults within our 22q community. As parents of children with special needs, we enter the advocacy world early on in their lives. But when does it become the responsibility of our children? And how do we make that transition from parent advocacy to self-advocacy? This webinar will focus on helping our teens and young adults to feel empowered to take on the advocating for themselves. This webinar would not only be beneficial for parents, but also for teens and young adults in our community to attend.
