Join us for a special event! Rebecca White, motivational speaker and parent of a child with 22q will join us to share her Five Simple Guidelines that help her live a happy, healthy life.

1 Forgiveness - where I share my drunk driving crash story and how I learned to forgive the drunk driver that killed my mother and friend.

2 Don't Stress - I talk about how important it is to not stress and find healthy ways to combat stress in our lives.

3 Laugh More - Laughter is key to a healthy happy life

4 Make good choices - how we need to make choices that best suit our lives that are healthy

5 Take a time for what really matters - how the main thing we need to do in order to be happy is take care of ourselves first!

I enjoy sharing my story because I have the opportunity to possibly prevent someone else from losing a loved one, caused by a drunk driver. I feel blessed to be alive and I treat each day as a gift.
